Do I need special technical skills to use this?

Not at all. If you can upload a photo or a document, you can use MenuGain. Our system handles all the complex data crunching in the background, presenting you with clear, easy-to-read insights.

What kind of files can I upload?

We support PDFs, Excel spreadsheets, CSV files, and even clear photos of your invoices or menus. Our AI "Fiscal Architect" parses the details automatically.

How long does the initial setup take?

Most owners are up and running in under 15 minutes. Once you upload your first few files or connect your POS, the first insights appear almost instantly.

Is there any software to install?

No. MenuGain is entirely web-based. You can access it from your computer, tablet, or phone anywhere you have an internet connection.

What results can I expect?

What exactly does the tool show me?

Which POS systems do you work with?

Does it work for multiple locations?

Can my chefs or managers use this too?

Absolutely. You can invite your team with different access levels, so your chef can manage recipes while your GM looks at overall profitability.

Do I need to understand complex analytics?

Why is this better than my spreadsheets?

Security & data

Who owns my restaurant's data?

You do. We are just the custodians. We do not sell your data, and you can export or delete your information at any time.

Is my financial data secure?

We use bank-level encryption (SSL) to protect your data in transit and at rest. Your proprietary recipes and financial records are for your eyes only.

Is my storage permanent?

Yes. As long as you have an active account, we keep a full history of your invoices and menu changes so you can track your progress over years, not just months.

How does the free trial work?

You get full access to all features for 14 days. This is enough time to upload your data, see your first insights, and decide if it's right for you. No credit card is required to start.

Are there any hidden fees?

None. No setup fees, no per-transaction fees, and no "success fees." You pay a simple, transparent subscription for the plan you choose.

Can I cancel at any time?
